Admission Procedures
The aspirants seeking admission for different courses in the School/College/Institute may register themselves with the authority (Director/Principal) in the campus/premises at Magarmau Road, (8km milestone) Rampur–Bareilly Road, Rampur.
The prospects will be available w.e.f. first fortnight of May each year at the premises of the Neelaveni Krishna School/College/Institute at Rampur.
Admission in School of Nursing/College of Education/Institute of Education will be through entrance examinations.
The entrance examination schedule will be notified in the admission notification. However, the complete admission procedure will be as follows:-
- Marks obtained in (10+2) – 50%
- Marks obtained in written test – 30%
- Marks obtained in viva-voice/interview – 20%
Mode of Selection
- Successful candidates from the written test will be interviewed.
- Selection is based on past academic record as well as performance in the written test and interview.
- The successful candidate after the interview undergo a Medical Examination at the Hospital at their own expense and only medically fit candidates will be eligible for admission.
Period of Probation
Students will be taken on probation period for three months. During this period the students will be in classroom much of the time/if any student will not attending the classes will be punished/fined.

The admission form completed in all respects, together with necessary documents should be submitted to the Director.

12th Marksheet & Passing Certificate
Medical Fitness Certificate
Character/Conduct Certificate
Migration Certificate (if passed from other state than appeared in U.P. Board)
Transfer Certificate from the last school attended
Recent passport size photograph (8 Nos.)
Bank A/C number
Income Certificate/Salary Slip of parents
Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
Physically Handicapped Certificate (if applicable)
Anti-ragging undertaking duly signed by student and parent’s
Caste Certificate of SC/ST/OBC student’s
Note: The application form may be rejected if the candidate fails to fulfill the condition/the fee is not enclosed/the application form is not duly filled up.
